Our system pushes for rent listings to dozens of real estate websites including Zillow, Trulia, Realtor, Hotpads and many others. We use social media! Many of today's renters are using social media to find their homes. We use this technology to put your rentals in front of as many eyes as possible. Our system actively renews ads as needed to maximize exposure.
Our process includes credit checks, criminal background checks, rental history verification, and eviction checks. We perform both local and national screening. This helps us to find the best possible tenants for your property investments. If applicants have animals, we use a third-party verification service to document both pets and assistive animals.
